Sequence
How the weeks go.
- Survey the house Two weeks. Measured drawings, a keep list, a demolition map.
- Permit Six to ten weeks.
- Demolition and structure Weeks one to five.
- Rough trades Weeks six to twelve.
- Finish Weeks thirteen to twenty-eight.
- Punch list and handover The final two weeks.
