- Site plan, soils letter and a structural set for a 400–1,000 sq ft unit
- Utility trenching with separate sub-metering
- Full kitchen, bath, laundry and mini-split heat pump
- Fire-rated walls where the setback is under five feet
- Final inspection and certificate of occupancy

How the weeks go.
- Choose a plan One week. Three pre-engineered plans, or your own.
- Permit About six weeks.
- Foundation and utilities Weeks one to three.
- Frame and dry in Weeks four to seven.
- Trades and finish Weeks eight to sixteen.
- Keys Week sixteen to twenty.
