Called Tuesday, site walk Thursday, written scope that evening. PG&E took three weeks; Volta took one day. The breaker directory alone was worth it.
Two other companies quoted a panel upgrade. Volta found a way to skip it with a load manager. Charging nine days after the first call.
They walked the kitchen at 7 pm before drawing anything. The Dinner scene is the first thing we show guests.
They set demo lights along the path at dusk so we could see it before choosing. Two days, no mess, and the oak at night is spectacular.
In and out between the framer and the drywaller. Rough inspection passed first visit.
Our 1960 Eichler had ungrounded everything. They fished new copper along the beams and the ceiling looks untouched.
The HVAC crew needed a 40A circuit by Monday. Volta ran it Friday afternoon and met the inspector themselves.
Small job, same care. Every outlet tamper-resistant, every plate straight, a surge device at the panel I did not know to ask for.
