Five jobs from the last few months.

Photographed from the same spot before and after, so you can see exactly what changed.

A technician in a gray shirt kneeling at a new heat-pump condenser beside a patio at sunset, checking the connections.

Five jobs

The small frame is how we found it.

The large one is the day we handed back the thermostat. No stock, no showroom.

Finished: a white wall-mounted mini-split head above a cream sofa in a bright living room with exposed beams. Before: the same wall with an old through-the-wall air conditioner box. Before → after

Old Quad ductless mini-split

A 1920s bungalow near Jackson Street with no ducts and a window unit that rattled the sash. One wall head, one outdoor unit, the line set hidden in the eave. Heats the front room in winter too, so the space heater went to the garage.

Finished: a new dark-grey condenser on a fresh concrete pad beside a stucco wall with tidy conduit. Before: a rusted, grime-covered condenser on a cracked pad. Before → after

Westwood Oaks AC replacement

Twenty-two-year-old condenser with a failed compressor. New two-stage unit matched to the existing coil, new pad, new disconnect, refrigerant weighed in. HERS test passed first time.

Finished: a new gray gas furnace in a garage closet next to a water heater, new flue and sealed plenum. Before: an old, scuffed furnace in the same closet. Before → after

Rivermark furnace swap

Cracked heat exchanger found on a fall tune-up. We showed the owner the camera photo and shut it down that afternoon. Two-stage 96% furnace, new plenum, and the garage closet finally sealed from the house.

Finished: a clean attic with a new air handler and tidy insulated flex ducts fanning out along the rafters. Before: the same attic with collapsed, dusty ducts lying across the joists. Before → after

Killarney Farms attic duct replacement

The back bedrooms never cooled. Leakage test showed a third of the air going into the attic. Every run replaced with R-8 flex on proper hangers, trunks resized, registers balanced. Post-test leakage well inside the state limit.

Finished: a new rooftop package unit on a curb adapter, mountains and palms behind a flat commercial roof. Before: a faded, rusting rooftop unit on the same curb. Before → after

Lawrence Expressway rooftop package unit

A small office building's original package unit, crane-swapped on a Saturday so nobody lost a workday. Curb adapter, new disconnect, gas line re-tied, economiser set up for the cool mornings we get for free.

After the install

A full year on our work, on top of the manufacturer's parts warranty.

If a connection we made leaks, a duct we hung sags or a thermostat we wired misbehaves within a full year, we come back and make it right at no charge. Equipment carries the maker's own parts cover; we register it for you so the clock starts on the right day.
