Questions
Asked on most site walks.
Is a plan worth it on a new system?
Manufacturers require annual service to keep the 10-year parts warranty. A plan is the simplest way to prove it.
Can I cancel?
Any time, in writing. Nothing rolls over without a reminder.
What does priority dispatch mean?
Plan members go to the top of the list on no-cool and no-heat days. In a heat wave that is the difference between today and Thursday.
