24/7 emergencyBurst pipe, no hot water, backed-up drain? A tech is on the road tonight.Call (408) 555-0163

What we fix

Six services. One flat price each, quoted before we start.

No hourly rates and no dollar figures on this page, because we don't guess. The tech diagnoses on site, shows you the cause, and puts one number on the tablet. Below: what each job involves and what's included.

Finished walk-in shower with marble-look tile, a brushed-gold rain head and a glass panel.

Drain cleaning

Slow tub, gurgling kitchen sink, floor drain backing up when the washer runs. We cable the line first; if the camera shows grease or roots the cable won't hold, we hydro-jet and show you the before and after on screen.

  • Cleanout installed if there isn't one
  • Recording of the line emailed to you
  • Enzyme treatment and a maintenance plan
  • 30-day re-clear guarantee

Water heaters

Pilot won't stay lit, water's lukewarm, or there's a puddle under the tank. We repair when it's worth it and swap same-day when it isn't. Tank or tankless, gas or electric. Permit and seismic straps come with it.

Leak detection & repair

A water bill that doubled, a warm patch on the floor, a stain that keeps coming back. Acoustic listening and thermal imaging find the leak before we open a wall, so we open one small hole, not six.

Call (408) 555-0163
Finished under-sink plumbing: new copper supply lines, chrome stops and a black P-trap in a clean cabinet.

Sewer line repair

Every drain in the house slow at once means the lateral. We camera it, locate the problem to the foot, and give you two prices: spot repair or trenchless lining. Then we put the lawn back.

Toilets, faucets & fixtures

Running toilet, dripping tap, a shower valve that goes scalding when the dishwasher starts. Trucks carry cartridges and fill valves for the common brands, so most of this is done in one trip.

Repipes & gas lines

Galvanized pipe from the 1960s rusts from the inside until pressure drops to a trickle. We repipe whole houses in copper or PEX with water back on the same night, and run gas for ranges, dryers and outdoor kitchens.
