Who shows up

Local plumbing services in Fremont.

Ray Castellano started Brightwater with one van and a pager. Thirteen years on there are seven of us, four vans, and the same rule: quote first, then work.

Finished tankless water heater installation on a garage wall with neat copper lines and an expansion tank.

The story

Started on a Sunday night, in Niles.

Brightwater Plumbing is a fictional Fremont plumbing business in this showcase. This space is reserved for the owner’s introduction, team details and verified experience.

The first call was a burst pipe in Niles on a Sunday night. Ray fixed it, charged the Sunday rate he'd have charged on Monday, and the family still calls. They sent their neighbors, too. That's how most of our customers arrived.

Today the shop is on Thornton Avenue in Centerville. Seven of us, four vans stocked for the common jobs, and two techs on call every night. Ray still takes the Saturday morning calls himself.
