Leak detection
& repair
Water where it shouldn't be, found without opening what doesn't need opening. We use acoustic and thermal locating and meter tests, and fix slab and crawlspace leaks on the same visit when the part's on the truck.

You call
We ask three questions and tell you whether to shut the main.

Questions
Straight answers.
Will you have to break the slab?
Often not. A reroute through the attic or wall is usually cleaner than cutting concrete, and we show you both before deciding.
How do you know it's a leak and not condensation?
The meter test. If everything is off and the meter is still turning, that's water leaving the system.
Do you fix it the same day?
On copper, PEX and most fittings, yes. Specialty valves may need a part run.
