Walk it together.
Bring your priorities, the awkward details and the questions. We measure the space and discuss what is possible.
Good work begins with a conversation.
Gardens for long evenings, bare feet and the way you actually live. Designed, planted and cared for in Los Gatos.

A local practice.
A considered process.
Verdant Yard Co. is the fictional Los Gatos business behind this showcase.
This design leaves room for the real owner’s story: who visits your home, who does the work and who stays in touch. Before a contractor takes ownership, these sample details are replaced with verified information.
We believe a proposal should make the work understandable. Preparation, materials, scheduling and care deserve as much attention as the finished photograph.
What happens after you get in touch.
Put it in writing.
A defined scope, material selections and a schedule. Changes are agreed before the work changes.
Finish the details.
A walkthrough, a care guide and a written list of anything still to resolve. You know who to call next.
What’s included, and what happens after the job.
Material details, workmanship terms and what to do after handover, all in one place.
Ask what is covered.
We explain the difference between product coverage and workmanship terms, and record the conditions in your proposal.
Financing, after the site walk.
Options can be discussed once the scope is agreed. Availability and terms are confirmed before you commit.
