These terms explain the text messages Obra Tech LLC sends. Our messages may come from different phone numbers over time, and every message identifies Obra Tech LLC as the sender. How we handle your phone number is in our Privacy Policy.
1. What we text, and your consent
You agree to receive texts from Obra Tech LLC only if you give your number and consent on one of our forms, or reply to or ask for a text from us. We send:
- Verification codes. A one-time code when you ask to verify your phone, for example to claim a preview site.
- Account and service messages. Preview status, billing and renewal notices, outages, and changes to your plan or terms.
- Lead alerts. Only if your plan includes them and you turn them on.
- Marketing. Only if you opted in to it separately, or asked us to follow up by text. We do not send cold marketing texts.
Consent to texts is not a condition of buying anything.
2. How often
Verification codes: one per request. Account and service messages: as events happen, usually a few per month. Lead alerts: one per homeowner inquiry. Marketing, if you opted in: no more than occasional.
3. Cost
Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Obra Tech LLC does not charge for texts.
4. Opt out, resume, help
- Reply STOP to stop all texts. We'll confirm once and then send nothing more. Stopping may disable verification codes or lead alerts by text.
- Reply START to resume.
- Reply HELP, or email support@obraup.com, for help.
5. Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery isn't guaranteed.
6. Your information
We don't sell your phone number, and we don't share it for others' marketing. Text-messaging consent and opt-in information is not shared with third parties for their own marketing. We use service providers (such as Twilio) only to send the texts. Details are in our Privacy Policy. Privacy questions: support@obraup.com.
7. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new effective date.
