Niles hall bath
Hall bath in a 1948 Niles bungalow. All supply and drain behind the wall replaced, a new pressure-balanced tub valve, the drain moved for a center-set tub, and a rough-in for a vanity with two stops. Tile and cabinetry by partner trades; we came back to set trim.
