Start with the right questions.
Concrete continues to gain strength after finishing. Temperature, mix, curing method and loads all affect when a surface can be used. A generic day count is not permission to drive on a new slab.
Put the details in the plan.
Get a written curing and reopening plan from the installer. Keep vehicles, furniture and water runoff away as directed, and ask before applying a sealer.
Bring it to the site walk.
Bring photographs, a list of what is not working today and any constraints on access or timing. The aim of the first visit is to turn those observations into a scope you can understand.
